Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel this order to make a new one. But you had better not change it after you make payment for your order because it may delay your order preparation.

My order status is stillpreparing, when will it be shipped?
Total Delivery Time = Preparing Time + Shipping Time
Before we ship your order, we conduct a strict Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure your product's quality prior. Our average time and goal is to ship you order in 2-4 days.
All orders receive an email with tracking conformation of the shipment.In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact our customer service.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS.
Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your
destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount of it.
Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact yourlocal custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

How can I track my package?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please track it in your member account: First: Login your member center and click“my order”, Second: Find the order which you want to trace and you will see the tracking numberand shipping . Last: Use the tracking number to trace on the website of shipping .
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, please try to check:
1. Tracking number.
2. Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange re-delivery.
3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe such as your porch if it showed the parcel already delivered on website. You also can check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.
If you still can't find your parcel, please email us and quote your order number. We'll reply within six hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it can't be found, we’ll arrange a refund for you.
What will the shipping do if they cannot contact with the receiver when the parcel arrive?
Most of shipping will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel tithe sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which cannot be re-delivery after the last time delivery. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order on our website and keep your phone on.
